Job Duties for Company Drivers:

CDL-A Company Drivers are responsible for the safe and timely transport of goods using company-owned commercial vehicles over varying distances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport freight to designated locations using trucks assigned by the company.
• Check the vehicle for safety and compliance both before setting off and upon returning from a trip.
• Maintain punctuality by following assigned routes and schedules accordingly.
• Adhere to federal and state regulations by accurately documenting driving activities.
• Provide dispatchers with accurate updates on delivery progress and promptly notify them of any issues that may impact the delivery process.
• Safeguard the cargo by correctly securing and handling it to prevent any harm.
• Respect and uphold both traffic laws and company regulations.
• Offer assistance in the transfer of freight when it is needed.
