The Account Manager, Residential is responsible for developing, managing, and growing a portfolio of customers within a designated territory. This role focuses on achieving sales goals, anticipating customer growth trends, and delivering exceptional customer service. The position requires strategic planning, execution, and maintenance of sales initiatives to drive year-over-year growth. Additionally, collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions:

• Build and maintain relationships with local owners, managers, operators, and service providers within the industry.
• Generate new business opportunities with various end users, including on-site staff and key decision-makers at management companies, ownership groups, and service providers.
• Plan, schedule, and lead daily meetings with customers in assigned portfolios.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer activities and opportunities using company-provided CRM tools.
• Utilize company selling tools, programs, and fulfillment capabilities to provide the best solutions to customers.
• Participate in company-directed training sessions, sales/business meetings, and industry events such as trade shows and conferences.
• Analyze market trends and sales data to develop effective sales strategies.
• Monitor and understand the competitive landscape, sharing insights with leadership and other internal stakeholders.
• Maintain a strong focus on company core behaviors to ensure excellent customer service and integrity.
• Apply a consultative selling approach to understand customer needs and proactively schedule follow-ups.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience in MRO sales or B2B sales

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 2 years of outside sales experience in MRO or B2B sales

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Range: $61,400.00 - $102,500.00 annually
• Compensation may vary based on factors such as location, education, training, and experience.
