Job Duties for Company Drivers:

CDL-A Company Drivers are responsible for the safe and timely transport of goods using company-owned commercial vehicles over varying distances.

Key Responsibilities:

Transport freight to designated locations using trucks assigned by the company.
Check the vehicle for safety and compliance both before setting off and upon returning from a trip.
Maintain punctuality by following assigned routes and schedules accordingly.
Adhere to federal and state regulations by accurately documenting driving activities.
Provide dispatchers with accurate updates on delivery progress and promptly notify them of any issues that may impact the delivery process.
Safeguard the cargo by correctly securing and handling it to prevent any harm.
Respect and uphold both traffic laws and company regulations.
Offer assistance in the transfer of freight when it is needed.
